10 floors up, atop distinguished five-star hotel, Cheval Blanc Pairs, is where you will find Céleste, the new pop-up rooftop bar overlooking some of the French capital’s most iconic landmarks such as Notre-Dame, the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower.
Facing the constellations from beneath a crystalline-domed vault, approximately thirty seats welcome guests into a chic and intimate setting, suspended between the sky and the city. It is here, you may just experience the most unique drinks menu you’ve ever set eyes on.
Cocktails are the star of the show, each telling its own story, divinely curated with the finest rare spirits from the 1940s-’70s, blended with interesting ingredients and celebrating the flavours of France. Céleste’s menu will rotate and evolve depending on the (oftentimes one-off) vintage spirits that are sourced.

Drinks are accompanied by a selection of indulgent small plates, with culinary creations such as lobster and mango temaki, and caviar and hazelnut gunkan imagined by renowned Chef Takuya Watanabe to complement the sumptuous experience.
Open until March 2024, Céleste allows guests to reach for the stars, upon reservation only.
