For the first time since the luxury French design house launched its cosmetics arm, Hermès Beauty, a limited edition brings together Rouge Hermès, Les Mains Hermès and Ombres d’Hermès, centred around the same story. Inspired by the intense aura of the colour blue and the sensuality of leather, it juxtaposes the warm and the cold, the tactile and the visual, the tangible and the intangible. It is a link between balmy summer days and the arrival of cooler winter air.
The new collection includes a trio of Rouge Hermès lipsticks, a duo of Les Mains Hermès nail enamels, and an Ombres d’Hermès palette. The lipstick line-up consists of Beige Glacé, a pearlescent beige, the subtlest of hues, enveloping the lips in a sheer wash of colour with a transparent finish, Beige Doblis, the collection’s matte formula in a brick clay shade, giving the pout a beautiful velvety finish, and Rouge Nappa, the darkest of the three shades in a red wine hue, creating a “bitten lip’ effect,” as described by Gregory’s Pyrpylis, creative director of Hermès Beauty.

Les Mains Hermès, two nail enamels inspired by the colours of Hermès’ signature leathers, showcases Vert Bronze, a deep khaki hue, while its stormy sister, Bleu Agate, is an intense blue option that’s perfect for contemporary brides.
Finally, the Ombres d’Hermès palette boasts matte, satin and shimmer formulas. A powdery imitation of the leather tanning process, each shadow elevates the other to create a harmonious palette of sun-kissed brown, soft khaki, lustrous gold and cobalt blue.
The striking limited-edition collection gives pride of place to blue: radiant, versatile, diverse and multifaceted. Shades of blue suggest the vastness of a dream, at once intense and airy, like the sky over moorlands bathed in light. Fresh hues reflect this duality in a sensory blend of hot and cold. And the best part? Your “something blue” is taken care of.
